Our Philosophy:
At St. John School, we strive in the partnership with parents and community to
nurture the God-given gifts of students. We do so in a child centered, loving
environment where faith is infused into all academic areas. We use all
strategies that are active, relevant and important to children. We address the
needs of the whole child in providing diverse approaches to learning. We value
the basic skills as stepping-stones to real eduaction where application,
exploration, discovery, and creating are vital. We use an individual approach
where children are assessed and taught as unique human beings. We instill in
our students the belief that all they are and will become through prayer and
education is from God and is to be used in the service of God to glorify Him.
